1. Information We Collect

When you use the Digitillis platform, we collect information necessary to provide our manufacturing intelligence services. This includes account information (name, email, company), equipment sensor data transmitted by your systems, and usage data for platform analytics.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your operational data is used exclusively to train and refine AI models for your specific deployment. We do not use your data to train models for other customers. All predictions, recommendations, and insights are generated from your data alone.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including JWT authentication, role-based access control, per-IP rate limiting, encrypted data in transit and at rest, and comprehensive audit logging. Enterprise deployments support on-premise hosting for full data sovereignty.

4. Data Retention

Data retention periods depend on your subscription tier. Starter plans retain prediction data for 7 days, Professional for 90 days, and Enterprise plans have configurable unlimited retention. Raw sensor data retention is governed by your TimescaleDB configuration.

5. Third-Party Services

The ARIA copilot feature uses Anthropic's Claude API for natural language processing. Queries sent to ARIA are processed by Anthropic's systems subject to their privacy policy. No raw sensor data is sent to third-party AI services.
