Digitillis provides an AI-native manufacturing intelligence platform including predictive maintenance, quality analytics, energy optimization, supply chain visibility, and production optimization capabilities through autonomous AI agents.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that data transmitted to the platform does not violate any third-party rights or applicable regulations.

3. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your operational data. Digitillis does not claim ownership of any data you transmit to the platform. AI models trained on your data are for your exclusive use.

4. Service Level

Professional and Enterprise tiers include service level agreements. Specific SLA terms are documented in your subscription agreement. The platform is designed for high availability with autonomous agent loops and graceful degradation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Digitillis provides predictions and recommendations based on AI models. These outputs are advisory and should be validated by qualified personnel before acting on critical maintenance, safety, or production decisions. The platform augments human judgment; it does not replace it.
