Do we need to provide training data?
No. All models come pre-trained on real industrial datasets. When deployed, the platform immediately begins learning from your specific operational patterns and refines predictions over time.
Can we start small and expand?
Absolutely. Most customers start with Starter on a single production line, validate the results in 30-60 days, then expand to Professional across the site. The architecture is designed for incremental adoption.
What if we have proprietary equipment?
The platform is equipment-agnostic. If your equipment outputs sensor data via OPC-UA, MQTT, Modbus, or any standard protocol, Digitillis can ingest it. Custom connectors are available on the Enterprise tier.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on the number of monitored equipment assets, the tier of agents and features required, and the deployment model (cloud or on-premise). Contact us for a quote tailored to your operation.
Is our data secure?
Yes. JWT authentication, role-based access control, API key authentication for service-to-service, per-IP rate limiting, correlation ID tracking, and full audit trail. Enterprise tier supports on-premise deployment for full data sovereignty.
